FEATURES
• This Solution provides 2 port concurrent of pressure decay leak testing for Leaks in the pressure range of 0.5 to 15.0 psig and with maximum decay resolution of .0001 psig.
• The Touch Screen Menu system makes entering setup parameters easy. No programming knowledge is needed.
• Up to 100 setup programs are stored in non-volatile memory, with unlimited programs available through the computer interface.
• An integral “Datalog” function stores the results of up to 5000 individual tests.
• Operator and Lot number Entry, to be recorded with Datalog and statistics.
• Microprocessor-based; single-ended pressure sensor design; standard Pressure to 15.0 psig; timer ranges up to 1000 sec., test pressure held by a precision Fairchild pressure regulator.
• Front panel “Accept” and “Reject” lights plus an Audible Alarm provides the operator with test results; Each test result is sent automatically to an attached printer via the printer port and/or to a host computer connected to the RS-232-C serial port.
• A Front Panel Key lock secures the setup parameters and prevents testing if the test pressure has been changed.
