Following the expiration of the OLIS Limited Warranty, a Customer may elect to extend the
term of the OLIS Limited Warranty to include one (1) additional year of warranty protection.
In the event a Customer elects to extend the term of the OLIS Limited Warranty, the terms of
the Limited Warranty shall remain the same except that the OLIS Extended Limited Warranty
will provide warranty coverage for the following consumable items: glass or plastic syringes,
lamps, tubing, fuses, seals, and o-rings. Consumable items not covered are cuvettes, print
cartridges, and toner cartridges; such consumable items shall be purchased from OLIS or
another reputable third party source. A yearly SpectralWorks/ GlobalWorks software update is
included in the purchase of this One Year Extended Warranty. The software will be released
according to OLIS Software Release Schedule. The Customer may elect to extend this One
Year Extended Warranty by providing OLIS notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the
expiration. This is an annual contract that is renewable at the beginning of specified
instrument's anniversary date.
PLEASE NOTE: Components that have been damaged or destroyed because of improper use
or handling by the customer will not be covered under this warranty.
REMOTE SERVICE: Let our technical staff remotely access your OLIS computer for
immediate technical assistance and on-line software training! Call OLIS to schedule a training
session for up to 10 lab members. Get instantaneous feedback and advice during a tough
experiment. (The OLIS computer must have an internet connection to take advantage of this
service.),
保修期满后，客户可选择延长有限保修期限,将提供保修以下耗材：玻璃或塑料注射器，
灯，管，保险丝，密封件和O形圈。不包括试管，打印墨盒，硒鼓等消耗品。
每年SpectralWorks / GlobalWorks软件更新包含在延长保修内。
