4-pole electrostatic deflection: ±3 degrees at 5keV, ±5 degrees at 1.5keV, scales larger at lower energies. Note that because the EFG-7 design has been optimized as a flood source and uses a cylindrical 4-pole deflector, deflection aberrations can be severe when the beam is focused into a small spot, then deflected off center.
