Cutting machine with parallel driven belt feed supported by six rollers in each
drive.
Application:
This machine works flat material and copper cords of up to 150mm² (250mm²
depending on the cable)
Control Unit and programm comfort:

16 Bit-microcontroller of a memory capacity of 128 MB, AC-servo drive

The new electronic unit is operated by a plastic-foil keyboard equipped with
a display of 4 lines and not sensitive to dirt.
It's optionally possible to communicate pieces of loop information to other
machines integrated into a production line via CAN Bus System.

As a standard feature, the machine is equipped with measuring wheel
system. Via programme, it can be optionally operated with the system of
drive or drive and wheel measuring.

The following values can be item-specifically programmed:
Number of pieces, batch quantity, length, length correction, cutting time,
batch quantity waiting time, acceleration and braking down of the belt feed,
maximum speed 0 - approx. 2,5m /sec. (depending on the design and the
material.

The software includes item or order processing such as harness production
of up to 100 single items.
The installed compact flash card with a memory capacity of 128 MB
permits memorizing production programmes of up to 30.000.

The pneumatic oiler and regulator is mounted.
Feeding
The belt feed supported by six bearings protects the material while being
transported.
Pneumatic opening, clamping pressure adjustable by pressure regulator with
display.
Cutting Unit:
- Hydropneumatic cutting cylinder with guillotine
- Cutting force 0 - 15.000 N or 0 - 30.000 N
- The hydraulic energy is realized by means of a pneumatic pressure converter.
