Filling process
· Plastic pressurized header tank- 80 litres-
· 10 Volumetric flow meters- Accuracy +/-0.5%- PVDF-PTFE- SC30 type
o Minimum instant flow: 300 liters per hour
o Maximum instant flow: 3.000 liters per hour
· Flexible PVC pipes “Tricoclair” from flow meter to stopping valve
· 10 plastic clack valves /PTFE- Pneumatic control- DN20
· 10 PP Stop drops and anti foam (Diameter to validate depending on samples)
· Head height adjustable electrically
· Volume regulation through automate assistance- scaling coefficient can be modified by the
operator
· Neck location before filling. Height adjustable manually with positioning plate.
