Zeta-20 3D Imaging & Metrology System:The Zeta-20 is a fully integrated optical profiling microscope system that provides 3D imaging and metrology capability in a small, robust and cost effective package. Based on proprietary ZDot(TM) technology, the Zeta-20 enables imaging of surfaces with very low reflectivity and very high roughness. Two broadband, white light, High Brightness LED light sources enable simultaneous true color imaging and surface metrology.
