Olis, Inc N-NIR Emission Extension for Olis DSM 172C, 800 nm-1700 nm, for fluorescence
The UV/Vis monochromator and associated UV/VIS photon counting detector on the Olis DSM
172 Polarization Spectrophotometer can be removed and replaced with a NIR Emission
monochromator with optics for the 800-3200 nm region. Data acquisition from the high
sensitivity InGaAs detector is across the 800-1700 nm region. The performance of this system is
known to be very good. Will be used during fluorescence experiments in the NIR region.
