美国ISDC FPAS-0144飞秒脉冲激光光谱采集分析系统 美国ISDC FPAS-0144飞秒脉冲激光光谱采集分析系统是为高速红外激光光谱学研制,该系统最高可以提供144通道的高速,低噪声数据采样:包括16路外部电信号的输入,和128元线列HgCdTe 探测器(或其它探测器)对激光(脉冲或连续的)进行的采样。该系统与色散光栅(单色仪)一起,可以把2-20 um的激光脉冲展开成红外光谱。可测量的激光脉冲宽度从1 飞秒 to 2 微秒。所有的通道同时被积分和跟踪,然后通过16bit的A/D变换器数字化,并存储到FIFO存储器。Laspec 软件把FIFO存储器的数据下载到主计算机中,用于分析和转换。10M的数据传输速度确保不丢失数据。每个隔离的通道都带有积分器。
