Hi-Efficiency Circular Vibroscreen Separator

The proposed system is suitable for operation in a non-hazardous

environment.

- Base, motor support table, motor mounting wedges: carbon steel

painted RAL 5015;

- Epoxy carbon steel heavy duty springs with urethane mounts;

- Vibratory Motor: Italvibras 1.54 Kw, 380 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz

with adjustable amplitude of vibration;

- 6'' Discharge (Base) Underpan Frame with one ø200 mm lateral

discharge spout;

- Screen: One (1) to be defined, 304 Stainless steel screen

bonded with Araldite epoxy glue;

- Ball-Tray-Assembly, including 50mm spacing frame, coarse

support mesh, extension tie-down Assembly, clamp-ring-assembly,

neoprene gasket and nr.60 rubber balls;

- Neoprene seals/gaskets;

- 6'' Deep Top Spacing Frame with one ø200 mm lateral discharge

spout;

- Clamp v-ring assembly 3x with bolts;

- Lid/Cover assembly: with one ø200 mm diameter inlet port, and

one inspection port ø125mm diameter with white rubber plug,304SS

Material contact parts: 304 stainless steel;

Material non contact parts: carbon steel painted RAL 5015;

Internal welds Specs: Welds continuous and ground smooth;

Final Finish: Glass Beading Blasting Ra<1.2;
