Probe guide piece SF design as in diagram 7 with clamping bush,
clamping arrangement to assure the probe attachment and
chain safety device. SF for connection to pipe sleeves or ball
valve with inside thread G ½". Probe attachment by clamping bush.
For any repeated positioning with higher pressures above
atmospheric / subatmospheric pressures.
Installation length : approx. 55 mm

Chain safety device
as probe blow-back safety device. The length of chain is to be so specified, that the reeled-out probe, with taut chain, is completely inserted in the probe guide piece and thus the ball valve can be closed. After insertion of the probe the chain must be so secured, that when releasing the probe tension device rebounding of the probe is impossible.
Your measuring tube is to be fitted with a connecting sleeve (with inside thread). Please make sure that the probe length fits your sleeve length and required probe insertion depth.
Warning: For safety reasons insertion and retraction of the probe should only take place in depressurized conditions!
Probe guide piece has to be used at higher pressures for safety reasons with probes TA10.
