Grace Instrument Industries, LLC M9250 Friction Flow Loop 摩擦流回路系统

Grace Instrument's Model 9250 is designed to evaluate the performance of the friction reducer for oil field use, it is desirable to make measurement in straight tube. It possesses the following benefits:

1. This automated system circulates test fluid through two different diameter sections in

order to test data of flow rate versus differential pressure under various diameters.

2. This system comprises 30 gallons plastic tank with paddle stir in order to fully mix

additive into base fluid. The test fluid will be pumped into Friction Loop, flow rate could

be set by Mass Flow Meter.

3. Differential pressure transducers will be mounted on the two sides of test section,

differential pressure will be logged into software directly.

4. This friction loop also has interactive graphics based control software, which

empower the capability of control and operation the loop system which recording the

pressure, flow rate, temperature. The data graph will be generated in order to analysis

effectiveness and performance of friction reducer.
