dissolver discs, it is required by law that every
dissolver must have a suitable safety device.
‒ This safety device consists of:
‒ removable telescope-shaft protection pipe, made of
stainless steel
‒ Because of its construction the dispersion impeller
can only function in a vertical position.
‒ height adjustable central container clamping
system with two clamping arms operated by a hand
wheel with screw adjustment stainless steel cover
‒ container Ø: 100 - 370 mm
‒ safety limit switch, easy adjustment to different
container heights. When moving up the dissolver the
motor is automatically stopped, and can only be
switched on again when the impeller blade is located
centrically in the dispersion container.

clamping system, clamping pressure dependent. The
motor can only be started, if the dispersion container
is fixed.
