Calibrated : 100 sl/h, 0,1 barg, 20°C for N2 and Cl2

Particle-filter (FI) : PTFE/glass

incl. cabinet-purging-kit with 1 flow meter and pressure controller, sample gas filter,

check-valves to avoid back-streaming/back diffusion.

3-way-valve and needle-valve made in PFA for sample/line purge.

Recommended ambient temperature: +15 to + 35°C.
