Construction：
The main body of the Ultrasonic is constructed of 2 mm thick 304 stainless steel. The outer skin and the inner skin are manufactured with a brushed finish which enables easy wiping of detergent stains etc.
Principle：
The Ultrasonic is a multi-function wash plant which incorporates ultrasonic functions with a digital control panel and integral heating system.
The principle of the Ultrasonic is to wash components by an immersion of the parts in the cleaning fluid. The Ultrasonic action is best suited to cleaning parts which are often inaccessible in areas with ordinary spray washing. The ultrasonic process is a scrubbing action through a process known as “cavitation”, a physical process during which ultrasonic energy is emitted into the cleaning bath.
These cleaning actions have made the Ultrasonic an unbeatable package for blind areas.

Digital Control panel：
Controls for the wash plant are via a digital control panel. Both the time (0 to 59 minutes) and the temperature (Ambient to 80 degrees C) are controlled via the control panel.
Wash Basket：The wash basket is a wire mesh and it is important with ultrasonics that the mesh is as open as possible for the ultrasonics to work effectively.
