Spot Size: 20mm to 50mm (No focusing capability)
Tantalum disc cathode installed standard [up to 1 x 10-5 torr]
Above specifications are met when the Electron Source is used with Kimball Physics associated power supply.
→Please specify length, sealing surface to end of housing, on the order. Standard length is 150mm. Non-standard length [up to 300mm] (add more cost). For low energy operation, the recommended end-of-housing to target is 20 mm.
→Please specify choice of mount: Flange-mounted on 70mm or 34mm CF Flange or Unmounted with mounting kit:
a) Clamp/Wire Assortment and b) separate 70 mm or 34 mm CFF/Feedthrough/Connector
